    Praying Together this week:

    • Pray for those dealing with wildfires, for fire fighters, for people under evacuation and for the people of Lytton. Pray for rain and the calming of winds.
    • Let's pray for the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc people and indigenous people of Canada, deeply affected by the finding of 215 children buried on the grounds of the former residential school here in Kamloops. More graves are being found at residential schools across Canada. “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18
    • Pray for situation of Haiti as the country is experiencing a period of economic instability, political uprisings and increased gang activity
    • Let's pray and keep in mind those facing cancer treatments.
    • Pray for those in the community who have suffered with isolation, including our seniors and those with health conditions. Ask God to show us ways to reach out to those in our community who have needs we can meet.
