    Welcome to Worship

    Free Methodist Centennial Chapel

    Sunday, December 6, 10:15 AM

    Announcements for this weekend:

Until further notice, worship services, care groups and other meetings will be held over Zoom. Check with the church office for scheduling Zoom meetings; a schedule is being emailed each week. People can come to the church building for work, to drop things off, to get supplies, to sit in the sanctuary and pray, but not for "congregating" at this time. Let’s remember those not able to access Zoom by calls and prayers.

Office Hours – We are returning to regular office hours as of Monday, December 7th. The office will be open Monday to Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM.

Adopt-A-Family - Our church will be participating in The Salvation Army's Adopt-a-Family program this Christmas. If you wish to give a monetary donation towards this, you can designate "Adopt-a-Family" on your giving envelope before Friday, December 11.

Men’s Meetings – Please note the following men's events for each week: Men's Prayer is moved to Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:00 pm, and Men's Bible Study is Saturdays at 7:00-8:30 am. Both meetings are on Zoom.

Sponsored Children – Letters with updates from our sponsored children have arrived this week and they have been placed in the hall’s board.

Volunteers - The Salvation Army is in need of volunteers for their food truck which serves the needy in various locations in Kamloops. Volunteer shifts include meal prep (930-12), serving on the truck (12-1:30) and cleaning up afterwards (130-230) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Volunteers are also needed for their annual "Christmas kettles" drive, and in their food bank. If you would like to help out, you can apply online at kamloopssalvationarmy.ca

Independent Store Receipts – We are still collecting receipts from the Independent Store until December 15th. Please, bring in receipts or call to have them picked up.

Sanitizers/Wipes are available throughout this building.
